We have been in continuous operation in California since 1896, providing accessible quality education to motivated students who want to reach higher.
2. Nonprofit Status
Nonprofit universities, like ours, are focused on improving the student’s experience and increasing student success, rather than focusing on making a profit.
3. WASC Accreditation
We hold the same regional WSCUC accreditation as CSU schools, UC schools, and other private universities.
4. Financial Aid Options
Various federal & state financial aid options, including Cal Grant, Pell Grant and federal student loans are available for those who qualify.
5. Attentive Staff
You will be assisted by familiar staff and faculty on our safe and inviting campus. There are no long periods of waiting or automated voice operators.
6. Flexibile Schedules
Open enrollment allows you to apply year round, not a full year in advance. The pace of our 11-week quarter system makes it easy to balance the demands of life.

“I was born in Stockton, but grew up in Lodi, CA. I am a mom to two boys who are my world. I am also a wife and a preschool teacher. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family and visiting new states. What I enjoy the most about Humphreys is the professors’ availability and how small classes are.”
