Transcript Requirements

For admission, a Bachelors degree with a minimum GPA of 2.75 is required. Transcripts from a US university where a degree was earned must show the degree conferral or graduation date. If a degree has not been earned from a US institution, then foreign transcripts must be evaluated (by ECE, WES, or Educational Perspectives) and submitted. If your transcript lists a cumulative GPA lower than 2.75, you will be admitted to the MBA, Information Technology concentration provisionally. That means, you are still accepted into the program, but you must earn a 3.0 GPA in your first quarter, or you could be subject to academic dismissal.

We accept electronic transcripts and paper transcripts.

If you decide to submit official transcripts electronically via National Student Clearinghouse, Parchment, etc., please have them emailed to: registrargraduate@humphreys.edu.

If you opt to submit paper transcripts, please have them mailed to:

Humphreys University
Attn: Maria Garcia-Woodill
6650 Inglewood Ave.
Stockton, CA 95207

*IMPORTANT: transcripts are only considered official if they are sent directly to our Registrar from your previous school, a third-party transcript processor (i.e. Parchment, National Student Clearinghouse, WES, etc.), or mailed to Humphreys University in a sealed envelope. If you simply email a scanned copy of your transcript to our Registrar, your transcript will not be considered official.

Full Course of Study

International students are required to take a full course of study. For graduate programs, a full course of study is at least 8 quarter units. Most courses are 4-unit courses. Thus, an international student must take at least two 4-unit courses each term.
